MELROSE TRIANGLE

Realizing a long-standing vision

Scroll

The new plans for the Melrose Triangle represent a renewed commitment to delivering high-quality mixed-use development at one of West Hollywood’s most prominent sites. This project will stand as the gateway on the western edge of the city, transforming an inactive site into a vibrant and community-serving destination. It’s an opportunity to realize a long-awaited project in a way that reflects West Hollywood’s goals of inclusive housing, thoughtful design, and activated and connected streetscape.
